School Transportation Update for Families

Dear Parents/Guardians,

As we prepare for the start of the school year, we would like to provide the following transportation update.

All approved to/from transportation requests for students residing within their school catchment area have now been processed. Students have been assigned to the closest available bus stop based on route design and operational requirements.

Please review the bus routes and stop information posted on the District website. As we implement new routes at the start of the school year, please be aware that bus stop times may vary by up to 10 minutes (earlier or later) during the month of September as we monitor ridership and make necessary adjustments.

Please also note the following:

• Transfer buses will no longer be available.
• Students attending a school outside of their catchment area are not eligible for transportation under the District's Transportation Policy.
• All courtesy ride requests submitted to date have been reviewed, and families should have received an email regarding the status of their request.
• To/from transportation requests will continue to be accepted throughout the school year.
• Any new courtesy ride requests will be held and reviewed after October 1, once student ridership and route capacities have been confirmed.
